Freedom of Religion

Americans United for the Separation of Church and State. The main organization arguing for the importance of maintaining the "wall of separation" (see the next link) between church and state.
Jefferson's letter to Danbury Baptists (where he coins the phrase "wall of separation between church and state).
Kizmiller v. Dover. The Dover (PA) school board passed a requirement that all science teachers must read a statement that said that Intelligence Design Theory was an viable alternative to Evolution. This is the 100+ page Federal Court decision in the case. The decision explains the relevant background, and also summarizes some of the important elements of the testimony. Pornography

Andrea Dworkin has been one of the leaders pushing to make pornography illegal. Here is a page devoted to her work. Includes excerpts from several of her books.
